Our company is located in the Fanshen Road of Shenzhen, China, where the transportation is convenient. The products we mainly offer are POS equipment and other electric smart terminal equipment. We can also offer customized product based on the requirement of the customer.

Our company has made lots of efforts on research and development. We have independent research and development centers in Shenzhen.

During the past years, we have been focusing on designing and developing software and embedded hardware for smart terminals. We have played an important part in the development of intelligent terminal industry in China.

In order to offer customers excellent smart terminals, we try our best to continuously improve our quality monitoring system. We have a complete quality control process for every step including raw material purchase, manufacture procedure, testing before delivery and after-sales service. Besides, we have developed several effective testing methods like self-inspection within one production department, mutual inspections among different production departments and special inspection done by the quality supervision department. Before being sent to the warehouse, all the products we produce will be strictly tested and adjusted to make sure all their performances are up to standard.

Our Service

1. Customers can communicate with us in detail through E-mail asking for updated information related to the quality and price of the product. We will provide the product photo, product parameters, quotation and the operating instruction based on the actual demand of the customers.

2. Customers are welcomed to pay a field visit to our company. We may negotiate with each other about the specific cooperation.

3. We can offer samples to our customers. The expenses like the machine cost and the transportation cost shall be decided through mutual negotiation.

In-sales and After-sales Service

4. The product manufactured by our company features protective property and long service life. Even though every component of our product is durable, we still provide spare parts for some of the components if necessary. Generally, the delivery time is 30 days after the order is confirmed. The specific lead time depends on the practical situation.
